THE CURRENT corona virus threat is on the news everywhere. Taking the opportunity to use this moment of silence and isolation to reconnect with Allah, Indian Muslim Association Ladies Wing under the patronage of Ministry of Awqaf conducted Qur’an recitation & Qur’an Hifz competition for Ladies and Girls (10-19 yrs) during the month of Ramadan for Indian residents in Kuwait.
The event was organized on May 3rd 2020.
Due to lock-down and keeping social distancing in consideration, the competitions were held online. The participants were asked to send their recitation audio. The response was very overwhelming and all the participants participated with a great enthusiasm.
IMA would like to congratulate the winners and like to thank Ministry of Awqaf for giving the opportunity to organize these events.
The best three recitation will be awarded by the ministry of Awqaf, state of Kuwait.
Prize distribution ceremony will be held by Ministry of Awqaf after the normalization of current situation.
The event was a huge success and an enriching experience for all…….
